A skincare-only influencer agency

Beauty deserves a more considered kind of influence.

We work with skincare brands and the creators who actually use them. Quietly, selectively, and with the kind of attention you only get when an agency takes on five clients at a time.

Why we exist

Influencer marketing in beauty is broken.

Most of it is brand-creator chemistry built on a follower count. We started BracktonGroup because the brands we love deserve to be talked about by people who'd recommend them to a friend — paid or not.

01

The category is oversaturated.

Every brand is running the same affiliate code through the same hundred creators. Audiences scroll past it. The actives, the ingredient story, the founder's reason for making this — all of it disappears into the same UGC blur.

02

The matches are mismatched.

A creator with the right follower count is not the same as a creator whose audience actually uses your product. Skin type, climate, lifestyle, values — those matter more than reach. Most agencies don't look at them.

03

The engagement is often fake.

Bought followers, comment pods, recycled hashtags, soft AI captions. The numbers look good on the brief deck and disappear the moment you try to attribute revenue. Real engagement is quieter — saves, shares, repeat purchases.

Our focus

Skincare only. By design.

One category, known well. We don't dabble in supplements, haircare, or wellness adjacent — we live inside skincare. Formulators, ingredient story, the difference between a niacinamide creator and a retinoid one.

What we do →
01

UGC-style content that doesn't read like an ad.

02

Micro & macro matching by skin type, not follower count.

03

Aesthetic cohesion with your brand's visual world.

04

Ingredient storytelling — actives, formulation, the science.

05

Audiences who actually care what they put on their face.

How we match

A creator earns their place on a BracktonGroup shortlist four ways.

We don't run sponsored-database queries. Every creator on a brand's shortlist is hand-considered against the criteria below — and rejected just as often as they're put forward.

01

Brand-values alignment.

Would they post about you for free? Do they care about ingredient transparency, cruelty-free practices, the same kind of customer? If the values don't overlap, the partnership won't read true — and audiences can tell.

02

Audience demographics.

Not "how many" — but who, exactly. Skin type, age, geography, climate, income, what else they buy. We look at engagement signals first-party where we can; second-party where we have to.

03

Content aesthetic.

Does their feed live in the same visual world as yours? Cohesion compounds — when a creator's photography, voice, and pace match the brand, the post stops feeling sponsored.

04

Engagement quality, not count.

Comment depth, saves, shares, repeat audience conversations. We read the comments — actually read them — and pass on creators whose engagement feels bought, podded, or AI-soft.

Now accepting founding partners

We're new. That's the offer.

We're taking on a small number of founding skincare brands this season. Working with us early means our full attention, priority access to our growing roster, and the kind of personal investment you only get from a team that's still building its first portfolio.

White-glove attention.

Not stretched across thirty accounts. Your campaign is run by the founder, on a first-name basis, in your Slack.

Priority partner pricing.

Founding partners lock in our most considered rate — held for the life of the engagement, not just the first quarter.

Inside-floor roster access.

First look at every creator we add, before they're put forward to the next brand on the list.

A team that's proving it.

Our reputation is being built right now. You'll feel the work of a partner who needs to be excellent — not coast on a back catalogue.

Quiet, considered, skincare-first — the agency we wished existed when we were on the customer side.

FAQs

The questions most skincare founders bring to us.

Apply to work with us
Why only skincare?

Because the conversation in skincare is dense, fast-moving, and ingredient-literate — and a generalist agency can't keep up with it. Knowing the difference between a barrier-repair creator and an actives-forward one is the whole job. We'd rather know one category deeply than five categories well.

Why work with a new agency?

You'll get our full attention. We're building our reputation on the campaigns we run right now — which means the team that pitches you is the team that runs the work. No account-manager handoff, no second-tier roster, no "we'll get a junior on it."

How do you find your creators?

By hand, mostly. We watch the comments under the creators we already know, follow ingredient threads on TikTok and Substack, and read the bios — not the rate cards. Every creator is vetted personally before they make a shortlist.

Do you only work with established brands?

No. We're particularly interested in indie skincare brands at the early-revenue stage, when the right creator partnership can move the entire trajectory. Our founding-partner program was built with you in mind.

How do you measure success?

We agree on it with you, up front, and only on metrics we can honestly attribute. Saves, sentiment, repeat audience overlap, attributed orders. Never "estimated impressions." Never AVE.

How do I apply to be a founding partner?

Send us a few lines about your brand and what you're hoping to do. We read every one personally and reply within a day or two. We say no often — it's how we say yes well.

Ready to grow your brand? Let's get started.

Tell us the brand, the products, what you're hoping to do. A human reads every message — usually the founder. We reply with thought, not a templated next-step calendar link.
